[Notification] If you failed to add Gmail to search objects...

In order to search web mail from KonanLink, please follow the below steps.

- Run KonanLink from PC
- Go to Settings > Devices and click Add button
- Select MAIL (IMAP)
- Enter IMAP server address, port, web mail account and web mail password, then click Okay

If the message below pops up while adding Gmail,

First, check whether you have entered correct IMAP information.

If the same error message pops up after entering the correct IMAP information, you can add Gmail to KonanLink search objects through the following steps: from Google account page, go to "Sign-in & Security > Connected apps & sites" and switch "Allow less secure apps" to "ON."


In order to change the settings from Google account,

- From Google account page, go to "Sign-in & Security > Connected apps & sites"

- Switch "Allow less secure apps" from "OFF" to "ON"

Now, you can add Gmail to search objects and search Gmail from KonanLink, as well.

[공지] 지메일을 검색 대상으로 추가하는데 실패했다면…

코난링크에서 웹메일을 검색하려면, 아래의 절차대로 진행하면 됩니다.

- PC에서 코난링크 실행
- 환경설정>디바이스에서 추가 버튼 클릭
- MAIL (IMAP)을 선택
- IMAP 서버 주소, 포트, 웹 메일 계정과 웹 메일 비밀번호를 입력하고 확인 버튼 클릭

지메일을 추가할 때, 만약 아래와 같은 메시지가 떴다면,

먼저 IMAP 정보를 올바르게 입력했는지 확인해보세요.

IMAP 정보를 올바르게 입력했는데도 또 다시 같은 메시지가 뜬다면, 사용자의 구글 계정에서 “로그인 및 보안>연결된 앱 및 사이트>보안 수준이 낮은 앱 허용”을 “사용”으로 설정해야만 코난링크에서 지메일을 검색 대상으로 추가할 수 있습니다.


구글 내 계정의 설정값을 변경하려면,

- 구글의 내 계정 페이지에서 “로그인 및 보안>연결된 앱 및 사이트”를 클릭하세요.

- “보안 수준이 낮은 앱 허용”을 “사용 안함”에서 “사용”으로 변경

이제 다시 지메일을 검색 대상으로 추가하면, 코난링크에서 지메일도 한번에 검색할 수 있습니다.
